Request: Looking for people to help me start a school

I am looking to start a charter or private school in the Chicago area that would meet the needs of nonverbal, handicapped children based in part on the Bridge School ( www.bridgeschool.org) model. Ideally I would want a school that is K-12. I am looking for parents and/or professionals who think that this is a viable idea. I need to build a team of people who are good at creating budgets, writing grant proposals, researching, knowledgable about alternative therapies, knowledgeable about assistive technology and so on.
