If you ever get to the capital of Illinois, Springfield, there is a must for dinning. I had a Mahi Mahi on a pillow of Couscous and portabello muschroom, mixed with a really deliceous sauce. unbelievably good. My friend who's Birthday we celebrated had an Atlantic salmon with vegetable and I think it was pasta.
