Noon-O-Kabab is my very favorite restaurant. The food is outstanding and so fresh - I'm told they don't even have a freezer. I higly recommend the filet mignon kabab with saffron dill rice. It is so amazingly delicious you wouldn't believe it and is very reasonably priced. The chicken kababs and kefta (beef and lamb ground together) kababs are excellent too. And just wait until you have the creamy feta - it's remarkably good! The waitstaff is helpful and the friendly owner is always there. It has been redecorated recently, so it's softer and nicer, but they still could turn the lights down a little lower. Still, I can't say enough good things about Noon-O-Kabab.
