Position Description:
The Analyst will become an integral team member, primarily supporting the two Managing Directors in the office and their team members. This position offers the unique opportunity of working in a small, team-focused, entrepreneurial work environment within the global organization and resources of Citigroup. Compensation for the Analyst position will include a base salary plus performance-based year-end bonus, and will be competitive with that at other middle-market investment banks. The Analyst program is initially a two-year position, with possibility of longer term. This is a pre-MBA position.
Representative Duties:
Assist in deal processing for M&A assignments and related projects
Perform financial modeling and analyses for client companies and industries
Assist with business development presentations
Assist in the writing of Confidential Information Memorandums
