The Credit Analyst will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to contacting customers with past due receivables and other duties as assigned. This position is located in Chicago and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Work with branch managers on several of the customers aged receivables
- Check new customer credibility with D&B when required
- Obtain invoices and forward to customer when requested
- Evaluate the receivables to ensure cash receipts were applied correctly
- Evaluating the aging of companies and contact the customers with past due receivables (either by phone or email)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of credit experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
- D&B knowledge required
