Key Responsibilities:
Assist Branch Administrative Manager in carrying out key supervisory responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Approval of new accounts and the ongoing review of suitability of customer account activity
Review of all daily trading activity
Review of all branch correspondence, including a sample of email correspondence
Compile and assist in review of daily, weekly and monthly surveillance reports, and conduct follow up reviews as deemed necessary
Organize supporting documentation and other information necessary to respond to customer complaints and regulatory inquires
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills Required/Desired:
Bachelor’s degree 5 years industry experience
Series 7 required, Series 9 & 10 preferred.
