Assistant Branch Manager Trainee

Learn the servicing tasks required of the management function, which include but are not limited to: Teller and Personal Banking transactions and special services. Check cashing authority with full transaction approval authority. Handling customer issues, problem solving and fee reversal requests; working towards improving branch profitability by making sound authorization approvals. Adhering to and upholding all written policies and procedures. Monitoring security operations and personnel policies, and performing necessary audit functions for compliance.

Skills:
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. The employee should have 2 years of retail banking or related experience in a financial service or service industry.
