Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive administrative support for Equity Sales team:
Help organizes and maintains appointment calendar, roadshows, schedules, conference calls, meetings; reserves internal and external conference facilities and routes meeting agendas to appropriate parties for both sales staff and visiting analysts.
Answers, screens and routes phone calls; communicates accurate and detailed messages.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years administrative experience; experience in financial services industry preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
