Reiki I

In the Reiki Usui system , students will be attuned to the first level of Reiki.
Students will learn basic hand positions, facilitate a session on themselves as well as others. Protecting oneself from negative energies will be taught as well plus much more.
This class includes lecture & experience/practice time. There is required reading to be done before the day of the class.
